To pay online with credit card or eCheck, go to mds.firstbilling.com. A charge will be assessed for this service. For Credit or Debit Card, the fee will be $3.50 per transaction if the transaction is less than $300.00, and 2.65% if the transaction is over $300.00. The fee for an eCheck will be $3.50 per transaction.

Make sure to add your account number for proper processing. Some banks will now make the transfer electronically, thus reducing the time until the District receives its funds. Check with your banking institution to confirm the length of time they need to transmit the funds to insure they reach the District before the Due Date.

Payments are accepted at your local HEB and Krogers. You must present the payment coupon with the account number. A $1.50 charge will be assessed for this service.

You may pay in person at the MDS offices, by check or money order (no cash accepted), Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., at these locations:

If your water service has been TERMINATED for NON-PAYMENT, you can pay at the nearest MDS Office with a cashier's check or money order, or you can pay at a grocery store or Walmart with cash.
Be sure to call Customer Care at (281) 290-6507 with the confirmation number to have your water service restored.
